De Luxe Steam unit for proofing chambers
The De Luxe steam unit is a device that produces electronically controlled heat and steam.
- Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel
- Heat Resistance: nr. 03 from 1000W each
- Resistors in immersion: nr. 02 from 1500W cad.
- Working temperatures: from environment to 40°
- Working humidity: from environment to 95%
- Dimensions: width 550mm x depth 270mm x H 1800 mm
The De Luxe unit, is equipped with a timer inside the electrical panel, adjustable from 1 to 60 minutes, so that, even when the proofer is off, the engine can continue to run for the chosen time, to favor the cooling of the resistances and drying the inside of the cell.
Ideal for installation on existing chambers or on shallow Atrepan chambers (for the deeper ones recommended standard group)
