Manual loader for deck oven

The integrated manual loader for deck oven has been designed to facilitate the operator to bake without difficulty.

Supplied complete with firing frames and can be adapted to any type of oven.

The horizontal movement is manual and carried out by sliding Delrin wheels on an aluminum profile, while a locking system allows to place the furnace at the entrance of the oven chambers.

The vertical movement, also manual, consists of a system of chains, bearings and counterweights that facilitate the lifting, while a handle allows you to lock the furnace at the height of the various rooms.

When the furnace is not working it is placed in a rest position at a height of more than 2 meters so as not to occupy unnecessary space.
